When it is required that injection molded parts contain other already processed parts, the most reliable method is using inserts in the mold. This approach completely covers pre-processed fixing parts with plastic. When two materials with different properties or colors are needed for special appearance or usage requirements, we shape one material first and then mold it together with another material in the injection mold. Two-color or multi-color injection primarily applies this principle, where the initially formed part is called a plastic insert.
