The Convenience Of The Mold Core Insert
Convenient to modify the mold: Molds are often modified according to customer requirements. You can add more core inserts in advance where modification is needed. In the future, you only need to replace the core inserts when changing the mold. You can even make additional mold core inserts for replacement when opening the mold.
Convenient for exhaust: Mold exhaust is very important. You can add more core inserts where the mold needs to be exhausted, and use the matching gaps of the inserts to exhaust.
Convenient for mold processing: It is very difficult to process and polish the holes in some deep valleys in injection molds, and to fill and eject the mold with plastics. However, setting up mold core inserts in these places can reduce the processing difficulty.
Save mold materials: When the mold material is set, it is always a piece of steel with a relatively regular shape. However, the material of the front and rear molds is determined by the highest point. If one place is higher than other places, you can reduce the height of the mold core by making inserts, so that the die core set material doesn't need to be so high, thus saving mold material.
Increase the service life of the mold: The places where the mold needs to design the mold core insert are often the places that are easily damaged. If the mold core insert is damaged, it can be replaced, thereby prolonging the service life of the mold.
