Product Description
Thread cores are manually placed inside the mould tool during the manufacturing process. Once the part is moulded, the component with the core still inside is removed from the moulding machine. Operators then remove the core from the threaded core moulding, typically using power tools.
This method typically utilizes two threaded cores, allowing continuous production while operators remove cores from completed parts. While this technique requires more labor and results in higher per-part costs, the initial mould tool investment remains moderate, making it ideal for low-volume production runs.

Packaging
