The heads undergo hot forging and stress relief processes to ensure uniform grain flow and high tensile strength. Surface treatment options include ion nitride coating achieving hardness of HV 1000°±100°, while the core of vacuumed pins can be hardened to HRC 52°±2°. Alternative steel materials are available upon request. Our proprietary coating process delivers optimal toughness and extended service life, with high surface finishes that reduce friction and enhance pin longevity. Tolerances can reach 0.005mm based on requirements.
