Product Introduction
The Vertiv Liebert DataMate 3000 is a precision air conditioning system designed for computer rooms, equipment rooms, power rooms, precision control rooms, and other environments requiring stable temperature and humidity control. Its high-airflow, low-sensible-heat-difference design is adapted to the heat characteristics of IT and electronic equipment.
The series offers cooling capacities from 5.5 kW to 28.1 kW, depending on the selected indoor unit. It combines high sensible cooling performance, energy-efficient operation, intelligent control functions, reliable components, flexible installation options, and easy front-side maintenance. Air-cooled or water-cooled configurations are available according to the selected system configuration.
The unit uses R410A refrigerant and a high sensible heat ratio, high-efficiency refrigeration system design. A Copeland scroll compressor is used in the refrigeration system. An optional energy-saving card can be selected for enhanced energy-saving performance. The manual also states that the series has obtained a China Energy-Saving Product Certification certificate.
The control system supports AI fault self-diagnosis and self-learning operation. The indoor unit display can show outdoor-unit operating status, helping operators monitor the system from the indoor interface. Group-control functions support backup and rotation operation. Remote monitoring and alarm functions are available to support remote operation and maintenance for edge sites.
The series uses qualified components and provides a wide input-voltage range together with multiple power protection functions. A power-failure recovery function enables automatic restart after power is restored, and the restart delay can be configured according to the application requirement.
The unit uses a compact structure and supports full front-side maintenance, which can help reduce service space requirements. The filter structure is compact, washable, reusable, and easy to maintain. The optional infrared humidification system is designed for easy maintenance and is less affected by water quality than conventional humidification methods.
The outdoor fan uses stepless full-speed control to support lower-energy and lower-noise operation. The standard condenser operating range is listed as -15°C to +45°C outdoor temperature. With an optional low-temperature component, the outdoor operating range can be extended to -34°C to -15°C, subject to the final configuration.
The series extends maximum cooling capacity to 28.1 kW. Threaded quick connectors support efficient installation, while the long-piping connection technology provides greater installation flexibility. The DME22 and DME27 indoor units offer an upper-air or lower-air supply option; the other listed indoor-unit types use upper-air supply according to the manual table.
