Rack-Mounted Air Conditioner for Cabinet Equipment Cooling
The Hailos rack-mounted air conditioner is designed for heat dissipation in communication equipment, electrical control boxes, battery racks, data processing cabinets, and heavy-duty electrical equipment control boxes. The system uses independent indoor and outdoor air circulation paths and transfers heat from inside the cabinet to the outdoor environment through heat exchange.
By separating the indoor and outdoor circulation systems, the unit helps create a more suitable temperature and humidity environment for cabinet-mounted electrical equipment while reducing the impact of external dust and corrosive gases on internal components.
The indoor unit adopts a rack-mount installation design and can be integrated with industrial cabinets, control boxes, and related equipment. The HLS-J05, HLS-J07, and HLS-J12 models listed in the manual provide cooling capacity options of 5.5kW, 7.5kW, and 12.5kW.

Installation Notes
Install the outdoor unit vertically in a safe, accessible, and well-ventilated location.
Keep the outdoor unit away from dust, steam, hot air, exhaust fumes, and foreign objects that may block the heat exchanger.
The standard copper tubing length listed in the manual is 3m. Please confirm the requirement before installation if longer piping is needed.
The maximum vertical height difference listed in the manual is 10m when the outdoor unit is higher than the indoor unit, and 5m when the indoor unit is higher than the outdoor unit.
If the equivalent piping length exceeds 20m or the actual height difference exceeds the applicable range, consult the manufacturer before installation.
Installation, leak testing, pressure testing, vacuuming, refrigerant charging, and Modbus communication commissioning should be performed by qualified technicians.
Final cooling capacity, power supply, dimensions, piping length, and communication configuration should be confirmed according to the actual SKU and project conditions.
