This liquid-to-liquid rack CDU series covers cooling capacities from 30kW to 150kW with multiple standard models, adopting standard 19-inch rack form factor. It is developed for cold plate liquid cooling systems of AI GPU clusters, high-density data centers and HPC rooms.
Integrated with high-efficiency liquid-liquid plate heat exchanger, 1+1 redundant variable-frequency circulating pumps, precision temperature, flow and pressure sensors and intelligent control unit. It separates the secondary coolant loop for servers from the facility chilled water primary loop, distributing coolant steadily and transferring IT heat load.
Modular design with wide cooling range to match different rack power densities. It supports local touch screen operation and remote communication via Modbus and SNMP, compatible with data center BMS for real-time monitoring of temperature, flow, pressure and pump health status.
Equipped with comprehensive interlock protections: over-temperature, low flow, low pressure, leak detection and automatic pump switchover. Redundant pumps and critical sensors ensure reliable 24/7 operation for high-power GPU servers, suitable for new liquid cooling deployments and legacy data center retrofits.

A6: Standard models support Modbus communication to connect with monitoring system; optional WiFi remote control module for mobile phone real-time parameter checking, alarm reminder and parameter modification.
Q7: What refrigerants do you use for precision AC?
A7: Mainly eco-friendly R410A, R134a; we can replace with R32, R290 low-GWP refrigerants to meet local environmental regulations in your country.
Q8: Do you support OEM / ODM customized service?
A8: Yes, full OEM & ODM service available: custom unit size, voltage (380V/220V/415V 50/60Hz), brand logo, control panel language (English, Spanish, Russian, Vietnamese), special refrigerant, remote monitoring system, cabinet color. We can design new model drawing based on your working conditions.
Q9: Do you provide technical drawing and parameter sheet?
A9: Yes. After confirming the model, we supply dimension drawing, technical datasheet, wiring diagram, installation manual in English PDF files for your project design.
