The EP500 system uses a dual-core controller (ARM controller + DSP controller) which combines digital and analog signals perfectly to manage and control the AC Charger module, the MPPT module, the AC Inverter module, the DC-to-DC module, and the Battery module.

Advanced BMS(Battery Management System)
Through point-to-point battery cell management and protection, the safety and reliability of the entire system can be guaranteed.
BMS can also protect the battery from operating outside its safe operating area, monitor its state, and calculat sendonsary data, reporting that data, so that controlling the environment.

■ Safe and reliable: Variable monitoring and intelligent evaluation are comprehensively covered, and a three-level protection control strategy is created for the protection characteristics of lithium battery BMS and UPS to provide reliable guarantee for the system.
■ Reduced operation and maintenance: The number of charge and discharge cycles is up to 6000 times, and the service life is up to 10 years. There is no need to replace the battery during the whole life cycle of the system, which reduces maintenance time and equipment maintenance costs.
■ Reduce investment: High energy density, small footprint, light weight, under the same power density, the weight and volume are about 1/3 of the lead-acid battery, the floor space and load bearing can be saved by 2/3, effectively reducing the cost of equipment space put in.
■ Energy saving and environmental protection: The backup power system adopts a non-floating charging design to save electric energy, and the lithium battery adopts clean and non-polluting materials, which is green and environmentally friendly.
