This product is a disc-type perforated zirconia ceramic flange gasket, fabricated from high-purity zirconia (ZrO₂) powder via dry pressing, high-temperature sintering and CNC precision grinding. Benefiting from phase transformation toughening property of zirconia material, it combines high strength, outstanding fracture toughness and superior wear & chipping resistance, serving as specialized ceramic component for sealing, positioning and wear prevention on precision industrial equipment.
Application Fields
Widely applied in automation machinery, precision motors, semiconductor equipment, lithium-ion battery production equipment and pump & valve assemblies.
