This product is a high-performance industrial ceramic ring made of Reaction Bonded Silicon Carbide (SiSiC). It features a deep black appearance with a precision-ground surface finish of Ra ≤ 0.4μm. The unique double-step design combines concentric rings with multi-level planes, ensuring effective sealing surface contact while providing stable axial positioning capability. This product fully utilizes the high hardness, high-temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance of silicon carbide material, specifically designed for mechanical seals, bearing sleeves, and wear-resistant components in extreme working conditions.
Exceptional Wear Life: Hardness reaches Hv2000-2500, with wear resistance 7 times higher than ordinary alumina ceramics.
Excellent High-Temperature Resistance: Maintains structural integrity at 1380°C (up to 1600°C in inert atmosphere), with outstanding thermal shock resistance.
Stable Corrosion Resistance: Excellent resistance to most acid and alkali media (except hydrofluoric acid and hot concentrated alkalis).
Low Density & High Stiffness: Density only 3.02–3.15 g/cm³, 60% lighter than metal components, while maintaining high mechanical strength (flexural strength ≥400MPa).
