It features a beige rectangular block structure with a precision-ground surface achieving an industrial-grade flatness of Ra ≤ 0.8μm. The patented design incorporates four corner circular through-holes combined with distributed mounting screw holes, ensuring main support stability while providing flexibility for multi-angle installation and positioning. The product fully utilizes the material properties of alumina ceramic, including high rigidity, low thermal expansion, and excellent insulation, specifically developed for high-stability support frames and positioning systems in precision equipment.

Manufacturing Process

Nanometer-grade powder preparation → Dry Bag Isostatic Pressing → CNC Drilling and Tapping → High-Temperature Sintering at 1650°C → Ultrasonic Flaw Detection → Precision Surface Grinding → CMM Dimensional Inspection → Cleaning and Packaging → Final Inspection.
