With a rated flow of 3.8 Nm³/min, the 24242125 supports large pneumatic networks, multiple high consumption tools simultaneously, or entire production line branches. Its 77 mm diameter and 144 mm height provide the largest dirt holding capacity in this series, significantly extending changeout intervals even in dusty environments. Clean pressure drop is ≤0.01 bar, yielding 5-7% compressor energy savings across the 8000 hour rated service life.
This element serves as a standalone pre filter for heavy duty industrial air or as an optimal first stage ahead of high precision coalescing filters where incoming contaminant load is high.
