The F1740V delivers bulk compressed air purification for Ingersoll Rand VA F1740V housings. This element is specified for facilities where uninterrupted high flow and extreme oil vapor removal are non negotiable. Typical placements include centralized air treatment for whole plant laser cutting banks, massive electronics assembly floors, and round the clock sandblasting operations.
A thick activated carbon charge fills the 113 mm diameter body. Outgoing air contains 003 ppm residual oil or less. Solid contaminants down to 001 micron are also trapped. These two metrics jointly meet ISO8573-1 Class 1 for oil aerosol and particulate matter.
Flow rating stands at 29 Nm³ per minute. Pressure drop across the element never exceeds 001 bar, yielding 5 to 7 percent energy savings versus standard alternatives. The 421 mm height together with the large cross section lowers face velocity, ensuring the 8000 hour replacement interval is attainable even under peak demand.
