Its 58 mm diameter and 91 mm height house micro fiberglass depth media that captures solid contaminants down to 1 micron — including dust, rust particles, and pipe scale — while maintaining a compact footprint. This element is ideal for single machines, small branch lines, or devices that need more flow than a miniature filter but cannot accommodate full-sized cartridges.
Rated at 1.18 Nm³/min, the 85565570 comfortably supports a mid-size laser cutting assist line, an electronics SMT pick-and-place machine, a sandblasting cabinet, or two small pneumatic tools running simultaneously. The media bed provides adequate dirt holding capacity for device-level protection with extended changeout intervals. Clean pressure drop is ≤0.01 bar, delivering 5-7% energy savings at the point of use over the 8000 hour service life. Weighing only 0.15 kg, replacement is quick and tool-free.
