The F690V is a high capacity replacement filter element designed to match Ingersoll Rand VA F690V systems. It delivers exceptional air purity by removing oil vapor, submicron particles, and liquid aerosols, making it suitable for high flow industrial processes including laser cutting, electronics assembly, and sandblasting.
This element utilizes a thick activated carbon bed that adsorbs hydrocarbon vapors down to 0.003 ppm residual oil content. The filtration precision reaches 0.01 micron, ensuring compliance with ISO8573-1 Class 1 for both oil and particulates.
With a processing capacity of 11.5 Nm³/min, the F690V supports larger compressed air networks. The pressure loss is kept at ≤0.01 bar, resulting in 5–7% energy savings compared to standard filters. The larger dimensions (84 mm diameter * 335 mm height) accommodate higher dirt holding capacity while maintaining the same 8,000 hour service life.
