Donald son A-0070 Activated Carbon Replacement Filter - Cross Reference YM046038
The A-0070 is a high efficiency activated carbon filter cartridge designed as a direct replacement for Donald son A-0070 and compatible housings. It removes oil vapor, odor, and hydrocarbon contaminants down to 0.01 micron with residual oil content as low as 0.003 ppm. The activated carbon depth media provides superior adsorption capacity for demanding applications requiring ultra-clean compressed air.
Rated at 1.16 Nm3/min, this element is ideal for laser cutting assist air purification, electronics SMT assembly lines, sandblasting systems, and point of use final stage filtration. Clean pressure drop is ≤0.01 bar, delivering 5-7% energy savings over the 8000 hour service life. Weight is only 0.15 kg for easy installation.
The A-0070 fits standard filter housings with compatible dimensions. Engineering plastic end caps and Buna-N seals ensure reliable operation from 1.5 to 80°C and pressures up to 2.0 MPa.
