The EXOMIST070005 is a general purpose coalescing filter element designed to replace SPX SF-07 cartridges in utility compressed air systems. This 3 micron rated filter provides cost-effective removal of oil aerosols and solid particles, making it ideal for applications where ultra-high purity is not required but dependable air quality is essential.
The micro fiberglass media captures particles down to 3 micron while limiting residual oil carryover to 5 ppm. This meets ISO8573-1 Class 3 for oil content, suitable for workshop air, pneumatic tools, laser cutting pre-filtration, electronics assembly, and sandblasting systems. It offers a practical balance between filtration performance and operating economy.
Rated at 2.9 Nm3/min, this element supports medium flow industrial applications. The compact 62x112 mm dimensions fit standard housings with limited space. Clean pressure drop remains below 0.01 bar, contributing to 5-7% energy savings over the 8000-hour service life. Weight is only 0.25 kg for effortless changeout.
