These metric plug ring gauges are precision metrology tools designed for checking threaded or tapped holes. They verify proper thread type, major diameter, minor diameter, pitch diameter, and pitch against mating thread gauges.
Our manufacturing facility features first-grade thread machining centers and measuring equipment to produce high-precision thread ring gauges for global customers. Plug gauges offer rapid results with simple operation principles that require minimal training.
For small threaded components, gauges feature double-ended design with GO gauge on one end and NOGO on the other. Larger parts use separate pieces. Acceptance criteria: the GO gauge must pass through the entire nut length with minimal rotational force, while the NOGO gauge should not exceed two turns at either end.
