Precautions:
1. According to the specifications of the thread to be measured, place the measuring tip in the corresponding standard
template U-shaped slot, adjust the indicator to zero position, and tighten the bezel locking screw.
2. The measuring tip is placed in the V-shaped groove of the standard template, the indicating value should be the same as
the U-shaped groove, if the indicating value is different, the value table should not exceed 0.013mm, if greater than the value,
indicating that the measuring head is easy is damage, the measuring head should be replaced.
3. Place the measuring point of the calibrated internal thread height measuring instrument in the thread groove to be measured,
and the anvil is close to the adjacent thread top, and then the oil pipe external thread height measuring instrument makes a
small arc swing on both sides of the position perpendicular to the cone, and the maximum negative value or the minimum
positive value should be the thread height error.
