Description

The sprue bushing is a part that allows plastic materials to be injected into the mold from the nozzle. As for materials, SKD61 and S45C are commonly used. S45C is a kind of medium carbon steel with excellent wear resistance, but its ductility is reduced and its quenching performance is poor. The hardness after quenching is HRC42. Therefore, it is necessary to spray anti-rust oil or other anti-rust treatment to make the gate bushing of low-end mold after high temperature.
