This is a large-scale, high-precision injection mould purpose-built for manufacturing refrigerator door shells, liners, and integrated door handle components. Designed to produce complex, large-format plastic parts with precise reinforcement ribs, mounting brackets, and functional cutouts (as shown in the image), the mould ensures flawless part consistency, minimal warpage, and a service life of 500,000 to 1,000,000+ shots. It is specifically engineered for energy-efficient refrigerator door designs, including side-by-side, French door, and bottom-freezer configurations.
Equipped with a comprehensive network of water cooling channels and high-efficiency Beryllium Bronze cooling inserts strategically placed across the mould surface. This ensures uniform temperature distribution, minimizes cycle time, and eliminates warpage common in large refrigerator door panels, guaranteeing dimensional stability for every production run.
Incorporates precision hydraulic/slider ejection systems and dedicated actuators to handle the complex geometry of refrigerator doors, including integrated handle recesses, hinge pockets, and sealing grooves. This design ensures smooth, damage-free ejection of large, delicate components.
Equipped with a sophisticated vacuum isolation layer and heating/cooling dual systems to precisely control melt temperature during injection. This eliminates common defects such as surface flow marks, weld lines, and color variation, ensuring a premium surface finish on every part.
