Mould base: S50C/S45C steel (stable structure, low deformation rate)
Cavity/core: P20/718H steel (for general auto trims) or H13 steel (for high-gloss/abrasion-resistant strips), with a service life of 500,000-1,000,000 shots under normal production conditions.
Optimized 3D cooling channel design ensures uniform temperature distribution in the mould, reducing the product cooling time by 20%. This shortens the injection cycle to 15-25 seconds per piece, significantly improving production efficiency for mass production.
