We develop and manufacture complete solutions for Pet Thinning & Deshedding Comb, including custom injection moulds and mass‑produced finished grooming products.
The pet deshedding comb consists of two main parts: injection‑molded plastic handle housing and assembled metal blade insert. Our team handles the whole workflow: mould design, mould fabrication, plastic injection production, component assembly and finished‑product testing. The ergonomic curved‑shape plastic handle is produced by precision injection moulding; the metal blade is matched and assembled to form the final pet grooming tool. We can realise custom shape, surface finish and structural adjustment according to customer samples or drawings.
Custom Injection Mould Manufacturing
We design high‑quality injection moulds for the pet comb plastic housing. Optimized gating and cooling system ensures stable molding for curved, ergonomic handle geometry. The mould supports high‑volume mass production, delivers consistent surface quality, avoids sink marks, burrs and deformation on the handle part. Mould cavity quantity can be configured per‑customer requirement.
Finished‑Product Production & Assembly
Beyond mould building, we provide one‑stop finished‑product output: plastic part injection molding, metal blade sourcing & fitting, assembly, function inspection and quality check. Each finished comb is verified for assembly tightness, handle strength and comb‑blade safety before shipment.
Flexible Customization Capacity
Support custom comb outline, handle texture, hanging‑hole dimension, surface gloss or matte finish. Custom logo engraving on mould for embossed / debossed logo on plastic handle. We accept adjustments to fit different regional market demands.
Strict Quality Control
Mould trial‑out report, first‑article sample confirmation, batch production inspection are available. Plastic raw‑material options can be selected to meet food‑contact / household‑product requirements for different target markets.
