This nail dust collector consists of multiple injection‑molded plastic components: octagonal main housing, intricate geometric‑pattern air‑inlet grille cover, control panel frame and rotary knob housing, paired with internal electronic assemblies including suction fan unit, digital display screen and control board. Our full workflow includes mould design, mould fabrication, plastic injection molding, parts fitting, electronic assembly and finished‑product functional testing. The complex web‑shaped grille and special octagonal outline are realized by precision injection tooling. We can adjust product dimension, grille pattern, surface finish and structural layout according to your samples or 2D/3D drawings.
We produce durable injection moulds for all plastic parts of this nail dust collector. Mould design focuses on the complex thin‑wall geometric grille and octagonal outer shell. Optimized gating and cooling system ensures stable molding, effectively prevents sink marks, burrs and deformation.
