We deliver full‑scope tooling and manufacturing solutions for this ergonomic hollow‑handle self‑clean pet slicker brush, encompassing custom injection mould design & build, plus finished‑product mass production.
The product assembly includes bi‑color plastic injection components: oval brush‑head housing, hollow open‑frame handle with knurled anti‑slip texture, internal sliding ejector sub‑assembly and trigger button, paired with rounded metal pin inserts. Our project workflow includes DFM review, mould design, mould fabrication, mould trial, plastic injection molding, mechanical assembly, pin insertion and finished‑product performance validation. Complex features including thin‑wall hollow handle, surface grain texture and two‑color visual effect are realized through precision injection tooling. DFM optimization will be offered upon review of customer samples or 3D data.
Our mould design addresses technical challenges of thin‑wall hollow handle, textured non‑slip surface and movable internal ejector mechanism. Optimized runner layout and balanced cooling cycle stabilize molding quality. Effectively mitigate common defects: sink marks, flash, dimensional deviation and part warping. Mould constructed for long‑term high‑volume runs; multi‑cavity configuration is available.
Beyond tooling delivery, we offer vertical integration services: plastic part production, pin press‑fit, internal mechanism assembly and systematic function testing.
Pre‑shipment tests cover ejector‑slider smoothness, pin pull‑out force, hollow‑handle structural load‑bearing and overall product safety.
Customizable parameters: overall part dimensions, hollow‑handle wall thickness, anti‑slip grain pattern, color‑match formula, surface gloss level. Brand marking can be integrated via mould engraving (emboss / deboss). We can revise internal mechanism layout and outer geometry according to your engineering requirements.
Full documentation available: mould trial report, FAI first‑article inspection report, batch production inspection records. Various grades of household‑compliant plastic raw materials are selectable for different target‑market compliance.
