We specialize in custom injection mould development and mass injection molding for water dispenser plastic enclosures. This housing adopts a streamlined rectangular appearance with large smooth cosmetic surface and precision circular reserved opening for fan, water pump or filter module assembly.
The assembly set includes main outer shell, internal reinforcing ribs, screw boss columns and positioning inserts. Our full service covers DFM feasibility analysis, mold flow simulation, mould manufacturing, trial sample production, mass injection molding, surface finishing and dimensional inspection. We can customize the outline size, round hole structure, wall thickness, surface texture, color and internal structure according to your 3D drawings or physical samples.
The large flat curved surface is easy to generate sink marks, flow lines and warpage. We optimize gating system and conformal cooling layout to stabilize melt flow, greatly reduce cosmetic defects and guarantee consistent surface quality for high-end water dispenser products. The circular cavity insert adopts high-precision machining to ensure interchangeability and assembly accuracy.
We support food-grade PP, ABS, ABS+PC and other engineering plastics. Available finishes: matte texture, smooth injection surface, painting, UV coating. Strict raw material certification can be provided for drinking water appliance projects.
Adjust rib layout, mounting boss position, opening specification, draft angle and sealing structure. Embossed or debossed brand logo can be integrated on the mould. We optimize internal structure to match water pump, filter, circuit board and other internal components.
First article inspection, mould trial report and batch dimension testing records are supplied. We verify assembly fit together with your internal modules before bulk shipment. Long-term mould maintenance service is available.
