Product Overview
Seamless cold-drawn steel tubing for water wall panels is designed for boiler heating surfaces where tubes are continuously exposed to internal pressure, thermal cycling, furnace heat and subsequent panel welding operations. The seamless construction eliminates a longitudinal tube weld, while cold drawing provides closer dimensional control, improved surface consistency and better suitability for automated membrane-fin welding and panel assembly.
Depending on boiler pressure, metal temperature and design code, the tubing can be supplied in carbon steel or chromium-molybdenum alloy steel grades. Common material specifications include ASTM A192, ASTM A210 and ASTM A213, with corresponding EN, JIS, GB and GOST specifications available according to project requirements.

Primary Application
Membrane Water Wall Panel for Utility Boiler Furnace: Specifically designed for membrane water wall panels installed around combustion chambers of utility or industrial boilers. Straight seamless tubes are arranged at controlled pitch and joined by longitudinal steel fins, continuously welded to form gas-tight panels. Water circulating inside absorbs radiant furnace heat and converts into steam-water mixture as part of the boiler evaporation circuit.
