TORICH is a 20 years experience steel manufacturer of EN 10305-1 seamless precision steel tube with delivery condition like BKS,GBK,NBK,BK.
1. Brief introduction of precision seamless steel pipe:
Length:
Random length: with a minimum of 3m. The length difference between the tubes shall not exceed 2 m per order item.
Approximate length: specified length with a length tolerance of ±500mm. Up to 10% of the quantity ordered may be supplied in short length≥2m. Short length shall be bundled seperately.
Manufacturing:
The precision seamless steel pipes shall be manufactured from hot finished seamless hollows by cold drawing.
Apperance:
The precision seamless steel pipe tube shall have smooth outer and inner surfaces.
Roughness:
For high precision steel pipe of OD: D≤260mm
----≤4um on the outer surface of tubes in the delivery conditions +SR,+A and +N;
----≤4um on the outer and inner surface of tubes in the delivery conditions +C and +LC, where the requirement for the inner surface applies for specified or calculated inside diameters ≥15mm.
For tubes of OD＞260mm: ≤4um on the outer and inner surface.
2.Delivery condition:
| BK (+C) Cold finished/hard (cold finished as drawn) | No heat treatment after the last cold forming process. |
| BKW (+LC) Cold finished/soft (lightly cold worked) | After the last heat treatment there is a light finishing pass (cold drawing).

| BKS (+SR) Cold finished/stress relieve annealed. | After the final cold forming process the tubes are stress relieve annealed. |
| GBK (+A) Annealed | After the final cold forming process the tubes are annealed in a controlled atmosphere |
| NBK (+N) Normalized. (Mainly focus on) | After the final cold forming process the tubes are annealed above the upper transformation point in a controlled atmosphere |
