Chrome Moly 4130 Alloy Steel Rectangular Tubes
4130 alloy steel rectangular tubes is also known as 4130 Chromoly steel, is a chrome-molybdenum series low alloy steel with high strength, toughness and hardenability, usually used in quenched and tempered condition.
4130 Alloy Steel Tubes (also known as Chromoly) is an alloy steel with great versatility. The chromium and molybdenum content is sufficient to provide through hardness penetration in fairly light sections. It is naturally resistant to scaling and oxidation. 4130 alloy pipe is also responds to nitriding for excellent wear and abrasion resistance. The finish is clean and smooth both inside and out of the tubing.
Alloy 4130 Steel Rectangular Tubes provide good weldability without compromising steel abrasion and impact resistance. It is also sturdy yet lightweight for use in applications requiring strength without additional weight. These properties make 4130 Steel Tubes commonly used in structural applications, including gears, fasteners, and welded tubing.
