Q345R Tubesheet Drilling Tubesheet For Large Central Air Conditioning
Generally, Q345R container plate, such as primary and secondary pressure vessels, shall be used.
There is no flow of corrosive medium, and carbon steel composite plate can be used.
Tube sheet protection operation process:
Tools and equipment: sand blasting equipment, canvas or plastic cloth for protection, cork,
alcohol, scraper, auger, garbage bag, electric hand drill, working power supply, rubber gloves,
hard hat, protective glasses, wiping cloth and brush.
2. Steps
Step 1: open the condenser end cover
Dry the water on the surface and inside of the pipe with a blower and blower, then plug the pipe orifice
with a cork and cover the flanging to ensure that the pipe orifice is not damaged during sand blasting.
Step 2: sand blasting: cover it with canvas and others during sand blasting to prevent the ejected sand
from contaminating other equipment. Quartz sand or carborundum shall be used for sand blasting,
which can produce a surface of 4 mils without more dust. The natural color of the base metal shall be
played all the time. Remove the cork after sand blasting.
Step 3: solution cleaning: clean the impurities and oil stains on the metal surface.
Step 4: coating material: firstly, fill the pit on the inner wall of the condenser tube plate with polymer repair
material and metal repair material to avoid eddy current of water during operation until the required plane
is reached. Then apply the polymer fluid protective material evenly to the whole repaired surface.
Pay special attention to the joint between the panel and the pipe to achieve the purpose of sealing and plugging.
Step 5: curing: cure according to the curing requirements of the material. After curing, it can be put into production
