41Cr4 (EN 1.7035) is a heat-treatable Cr-alloy steel commonly supplied in quenched & tempered (+QT) condition for engineering components that require a strong strength–toughness balance, stable hardenability, and reliable machining performance.
Product form: Seamless precision round tube (cold-drawn / cold-rolled as required)
Delivery condition (typical options): +C / +LC (cold-finished), +SR (stress relieved), +A (annealed), +N (normalized), +QT (quenched & tempered)
Dimensional & geometric requirements: Tight OD/ID/wall tolerances, concentricity, and straightness can be agreed (including reduced tolerances as options).
Surface quality: Surface condition and roughness measurement can be specified as a purchasing option.
Inspection & NDT options: Longitudinal imperfection NDT and leak-tightness verification can be specified; NDT personnel qualification requirements are stated.

Yes. Precision tube supply can follow EN 10305-1 options for reduced diameter/wall tolerances and even concentricity control, and roughness measurement can be specified contractually—ideal for CNC/robotic production lines.
“How do you ensure property consistency lot-to-lot?”
We control steel chemistry and heat-treatment routes (+QT / +SR / +N as agreed) and verify by tensile testing, dimensional inspection, and (when required) NDT per EN 10305-1 inspection/testing structure.
“What documents and traceability will we receive for audits?”
We can provide inspection documentation aligned with EN 10204 pathways referenced in EN 10305-1 (e.g., test report 2.2 by default; 3.1 certificates when specific inspection is requested), including chemistry and mechanical test identifiers for traceability.
