Embedded finned tube production line equipment is successfully manufactured after many years
of experience and practice, and has successively entered the market. The equipment is upgraded
with reference to the advanced technology of British embedded finned tube equipment. PLC control
mode is developed according to domestic production requirements, simple operation - processing -
complete supporting facilities, and the products produced can be comparable with advanced equipment
Inlaid spiral finned pipe is to pre process a spiral groove with a certain width and depth on the steel pipe,
and then inlay the steel strip on the steel pipe on the lathe. In the winding process, due to a certain preload,
the steel strip will be tightly tied in the spiral groove, so as to ensure a certain contact area between the steel
strip and the steel pipe. In order to prevent the steel strip from springback and falling off, both ends of the steel
strip shall be welded on the steel pipe. In order to facilitate inlay, there shall be a certain side gap between the
steel strip and the spiral groove. If the side clearance is too small to form interference, the mosaic process is difficult
to proceed smoothly. In addition, the wound steel strip always has a certain rebound, which makes the steel strip
and the bottom surface of the spiral groove can not be well connected.
Product processing requirements for embedded spiral finned tube (embedded) equipment
1 mosaic depth and stability
1.1 pull off force test: more than 8kg or aluminum strip tearing
1.2 inlay depth: 0.35 ~ 0.5, according to the wall thickness of furnace tube
1.3 inlay stability: the pull-out force sample of the first piece in each shift meets the requirements of 1.1
1.4 the embedded pipe shall be made of stainless steel and carbon steel, and the wall thickness of the pipe shall
not be less than 2mm
1.5 diameter of embedded pipe DN20 ~ 38 (British American standard according to 1.5 requirements)
1.6 there is no crack or crack on the surface of the pipe after embedding
1.7 the height of the inlaid piece shall be calculated according to the pipe diameter - generally half the pipe diameter,
but not higher than 57 mm
2 product dimensional accuracy
2.1 the total length of wing segment is - 5mm ~ + 5mm, and the segment motion accuracy is - 0.3mm ~ + 0.4mm
2.2 slice spacing + 0.21mm or more
2.3 perpendicularity of fins and steel pipes - 1 degree to + 1 degree
2.4 the inlay flatness is -0.1mm ~ + 0.1mm, except for the height difference caused by the thickness tolerance of the fin itself
2.5 inlay height difference - 0.1mm ~ + 0.1mm, except the height difference caused by the dimensional tolerance of the fin itself
2.6 under the conditions of the same steel pipe material, the same pitch and number of fins, the length of different finned tubes
changes the same after inlaying
3 mosaic speed
The outer diameter of the base pipe is 20 ~ 50 according to the pipe diameter and sheet spacing
