ASTM A213 U-tube seamless stainless steel pipes are precision-manufactured for high-temperature boiler and heat-exchanger applications. Available in a variety of grades (TP304, TP304L, TP316, TP316L, TP321), they combine excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, and thermal stability. Typical sizes range from ⅛" to 5" OD (3.2 mm–127 mm) with wall thicknesses from 0.4 mm to 12.7 mm. Five comparable grades are summarized below with both their chemical compositions and mechanical properties. Conforming to major international standards (ASTM A213/ASME SA213, EN 10216-5, GOST 9940/9941-81, JIS G3459, GB/T 24791), these tubes find broad use in petrochemical, power generation, food processing, HVAC, and other industries.
These tubes are produced from austenitic stainless steel alloys, offering a face-centered cubic (FCC) crystal structure that imparts:

Outstanding formability and weldability
High resistance to oxidation and most corrosive environments
