Preparation:
Open lid, remove drums, and fill water to high-level line (use distilled water).
Turn on power; standby indicator will light up.
Stack items on sieve plates with 20×20×10 cm package spacing; include sterilization indicator.
Loading & Closing:
Place drum in container and close lid by turning the hand wheel clockwise. Do not overtighten to avoid gasket damage.
Setting Parameters:
Adjust temperature and sterilization time according to material type. Refer to sterilization parameter table.
Sterilization:
Autoclave will heat to target temperature and maintain sterilization time automatically.
Completion:
After sterilization, allow pressure to return to normal, then open lid carefully.
