Project Description: This kind of project was by a standard 20 feet container. And it was used in South America. With the modern design and advanced technical skills which made it elegant and comfortable. The materials are have good quality, the firm structure was made by steel frame. In addition, it also has a good insulation which was made by Neopor (It is made in Germany), so the life time will be more than 30 years. |
1. Firm structure:
The house adopts strong steel frame which meet the Structure Engineer’s calculation. All parts are galvanized.
That make the cabin’s lifetime more than 30 years. The strong structure make sure that the cabins can be
stacked up to 3 floors.
2. Waterproof Design:
The Elasticity of steel structure and panels makes the house waterproof and airtight even during the movement.
3. Modular Design:
The container house are designed in modular sizes and can be jointed in both directions. They are able to stack
each other and fixed through high tensile screws.
4. Good Insulation:
The whole house is made from modular cabin units. The sandwich panels in good quality are used for inner,
outer walls and the roof with excellent insulation material Neopor which is developed by BASF, the famous
German company.

5. Easy transport:
Four flat-packed cabins can be stacked and connected as one 20’ standard sea-transport container, no more
shipper’s containers needed. That helps the cost saving especially for the inland destination.
6. Factory quick respond:
Modular design minimized and standardized parts. That makes quick combination and respond possible.
7. Minimized site work:
The assembly only requests simple tools. The parts connected through plugs and screws. That helps to save
equipment cost and labor cost.
No cast-in-situ concrete slab is needed. The original floor such as turfing will not be damaged.
8. Widely Usage
The container House could be designed as parlor, bedroom, study, locker room, ablution room, shower room,
kitchen and dining room.

9. Deco Coating:
Special coating can be applied on top of sandwich wall panel and make the external wall surface looks like
plastering finishes, granite finishes and timber finishes. That make the container house cozy and less industry

10. Internal Decoration:
Emulsion paint, wall paper and ceramic tiles can be fixed to wall surface using Housespace Spacial joint glue.
That make the internal more comfortable as well.
11. Curtain Wall, Stainless Steel Staircase and other modern elements:
Curtain wall, stainless steel staircase, balcony and canvas roof can be used as well and give the cabin building a modern look.
