Big Metal Steel Structure Logistics Warehouse under construction:

The client from Democratic Republic of the Congo and Sri Lanka visit our factory and order two warehouse this year.

From May 29th to May 31th, Our Sri Lanka clients come to visit to our factory to check the manufacturing capabilities of KXD. During the visit,the clients are satisfied with our welding quality for the steel structures and raised his professional options and requirements for the painting process And we had a detailed discussion on the projects we are going to execute in the following months and signed the contract. What's more, KXD and IBSF signed the sole distributor agreement which IBSF is about to become KXD's agent in Sri Lanka. KXD and IBSF will work together to undertake more and more projects in Sri Lanka.

Steel structure building componet system:primary members H steel , secondary members, roof and wall sheeting (or sandwich panel)connected to each other and various other building components. These buildings can be provided with different structural and non-structural additions such as skylights, wall lights, turbo vents, ridge ventilators, louvers, roof monitors, doors & windows, trusses, mezzanine floors, canopy, bridge crane if need, insulation etc., based on the customer's requirements. All the steel buildings are custom designed to be lighter in weight and high in strength. Thus steel building designs have become more flexible, durable and adaptable over the last four decades which has made steel one of the preferred materials for building construction.

Steel productes loading and unloading:The packing method for main steel frame use steel pallet, This method packing can better protect the steel frame, and alos the loading and unloading will be fast and convenient since it could be taken as a whole.(see attached photo). The best advantage can save the quantity of shipping contaier, so it will save the cost of ocean freight, save unlading time and cost.

Steel structure commercail building-Uruguay Audi Showroom Construction.

Uruguay project is with the total area up to 3485sqm with the 50.42m span,eave height being 8.8. The steel amount is 254.2 ton and the feature of this building is curtain wall type.

Mauritius SLOI logistic building project
Mauritius SLOI logistic project is a building with 3-floor office areas to meet up the official and logistic demands at the same time. Based the customer's request, the steel structures are hot dip galvanized
ones to deal with the anti-rust requirements. The wall is using the horizontal installed V780 wave-shape colorbond steel sheet which is in perfect aesthetic situation. The lean-to building in front of the facade is equipped with aluminium louver. This buildin will be a land-mark in the local place.

Angola Supermarket Project
Angola shopping mall&industrial park project is a steel building complex with 2 shopping malls and 2 factories. This project requires professional design and architectual capabilities, quality products and one-stop project management services. KXD has successfully fullfilled the duty to help our client to design, manufacture and erect the whole buildings.

Our prefabricted house product Brief Introduction:

1. Prefabricated house are made by light steel structure and color steel sandwich panel.
2. The steel structure makes the house resist heavy wind of 100km/h and 7 grade earthquakes;
3.Color steel sandwich panel and cement sandwich panel have a good fireproofing and heat insulation performance for the characteristic of the color steel sheet and EPS (or Fiberglass wool, Rock wall and PU )materials;
4.The completely knock-down of the house components can save more space of the container and make house cheaper.

Angola civil prefab house products. With the advantages of low cost, short erection time and flexiable design, the prefab house could meet up the residential requests of different levels. We exported 3000 units of prefab house to Angola and solved the issue of house deficit in local place.
