The building structure comprises internal support systems and external enclosure components, with the steel frame adopting a portal steel frame design that includes steel columns, beams, and bracing. This portal steel frame, in conjunction with the external enclosure structure, forms a fully enclosed building capable of withstanding harsh weather conditions such as strong winds, heavy rain, and heavy snow.
All metal components undergo precise cutting, welding, drilling, and painting processes in our workshop prior to transportation to the construction site. Each component is secured using bolts, enabling convenient and efficient installation while reducing labor costs. The steel frame is composed of five key structural elements: tension members, compression members, bending members, combined stress members, and their respective connections.
