The main framework utilizes a portal steel frame design, incorporating precision-engineered steel columns, beams, and bracing. This structure forms a fully enclosed facility capable of withstanding extreme weather conditions, including strong winds, heavy rain, and snow.
All metal components are fabricated in-house—cut, welded, drilled, and painted in our workshop—before being shipped to the site. On-site assembly is quick and efficient, as components are bolted together, significantly reducing labor costs and shortening construction timelines.
The steel frame consists of five essential structural elements: tension members, compression members, bending members, combined stress members, and high-strength connections. Together, these elements provide exceptional stability, durability, and long-term reliability.
