Description
This standard RAL color PE/PVDF prepainted aluminum coil, available in 0.5-1.0mm thickness, is designed for wall panel production. Combining aesthetic appeal with functional durability, it offers a wide range of RAL-compliant colors to match architectural designs. The PE coating provides excellent corrosion resistance and UV stability, while PVDF options enhance weatherproofing for harsh environments.
With smooth surfaces and consistent gloss levels (10-60°), the coil ensures easy forming into various wall panel shapes, including curved or embossed profiles. It meets ISO 12944 corrosion protection standards and RoHS environmental requirements. Ideal for interior/exterior wall cladding, commercial facades, and decorative panels, this product balances long-term performance with design flexibility.

Base Material: Aluminum alloy (e.g., 3003, 5005) in H14/H24 temper
Coating Type:
PE Coating: Polyethylene top coat + primer layer (for general environments)
PVDF Coating: Polyvinylidene fluoride top coat + primer layer (for extreme weather resistance)
