Color Coated Aluminum Sheet for ACP Production

Aluminum-plastic composite panel (ACP) is an innovative material constructed by laminating aluminum sheets with a plastic core material. This composite offers excellent aesthetics, durability, and weather resistance, making it ideal for construction and decoration industries.

The surface can be coated with various finishes from matte to glossy and painted in a wide color range to suit different design needs. Its lightweight nature, easy installation, and durability make it perfect for exterior cladding, interior wall decoration, ceiling systems, and signage.

For ACP production, we recommend aluminum alloys 1060, 1050, or 3003 as base materials.

Aluminum alloy 1060 is a commercially pure aluminum alloy with excellent corrosion resistance and formability.
