Series 1000 aluminium alloy is pure aluminium (aluminium content ≥ 99%), common grades include 1050, 1060, 1100, etc., and its core characteristics are as follows:

High-purity aluminum: aluminum content is 99.0%~99.9%, with few impurities and stable chemical properties.

Super corrosion resistance: The surface naturally forms a dense oxide film (Al2O3), which is resistant to acid and alkali, salt spray, and suitable for harsh environments.

Excellent electrical/thermal conductivity: electrical conductivity ≥ 61% IACS (International Annealed Copper Standard), thermal conductivity 229 W/(m·K).

Excellent processing performance: high ductility (elongation ≥35%), easy to stamp, bend, weld, suitable for complex molding.

Lightweight: The density is 2.7g/cm³, which is only 1/3 of steel.
