With GI as base metal,after pretreatment(degrease and chemical treatment)and liquid dope with several layers of color,then after firing and cooling,finally the plate steel is called pre-painted galvanized steel(PPGl).Pre-painted gaIvanized steeI is good capable of decoration,molding,corrosion resistance.
Color coated steel plate is a new type of building material that has been rapidly developed in the world in the past 30 years. It is refined by chemical pretreatment, primary coating, color coating and other processes on a continuous unit.
