This advanced material combines a formable DX51D+AZ galvalume steel substrate with a high-performance PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) topcoat containing fluorocarbon resin with exceptional UV resistance. The PVDF coating provides outstanding protection against color fading, chalking, and sunlight degradation, with documented performance of 20+ years in exterior applications. The underlying AZ150 galvalume coating (55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, 1.6% silicon) delivers 2-4 times better corrosion resistance than standard galvanized steel, ensuring substrate protection throughout the building's lifecycle.
