Introduction

Color-coated coil is produced by applying one or multiple layers of organic coating onto base materials like hot-dip galvanized plates, hot-dip aluminum-zinc plates, or electrogalvanized plates after surface pretreatment, followed by baking and curing. Color-coated Steel Coil Substrate Classification:

There are three primary types of substrates used in color-coated steel coils:
