The Qiaosen ST-110V is a 110-ton C-frame single-point pneumatic stamping press featuring a three-sides open frame design that provides exceptional convenience for mold installation and adjustment. This machine meets JIS Class 1 stamping precision standards and maintains stable accuracy during mass production operations.
Constructed with a heavy-duty welded frame that undergoes stress-relief treatment, the ST-110V minimizes machine deflection under stamping loads. The press is equipped with a dry pneumatic clutch brake and hydraulic overload protection system that automatically releases pressure and stops operation when overload conditions occur, effectively protecting both the machine body and dies.
Available in both jog single stroke and continuous working modes, this press can be integrated with decoilers, straighteners, servo feeders, and oil feeders to create a fully automated stamping line. Ideal for home appliance manufacturing, hardware production, automotive parts, and new-energy components applications including punching, bending, and shallow drawing operations.
