Description
The PSA oxygen generator is mainly composed of two adsorption towers filled with molecular sieves. Under normal temperature conditions, the compressed air is filtered, dewatered and dried before entering the adsorption tower. The nitrogen in the air in the adsorption tower is removed by the molecular sieve. Adsorption, so that oxygen is enriched in the gas phase, flows out from the outlet and is stored in the oxygen buffer tank, and the molecular sieve that has completed the adsorption in the other tower is rapidly depressurized, and the adsorbed components are resolved, and the two towers alternately circulate, that is Inexpensive oxygen with a purity of ≥90% is available. The valve automatic switching of the whole system is automatically controlled by a computer.
