PSA Oxygen Gas Generator is an industrial oxygen supply equipment designed for corrosive environments. Core components (adsorption towers, pipelines, valves) are all made of 316L stainless steel, whose corrosion resistance is 3 times higher than that of 304 stainless steel, capable of resisting erosion by organic acids and sulfides.
The molecular sieve selects corrosion-resistant lithium-based molecular sieve, forming a protective layer through surface coating technology to avoid damage to adsorption performance by corrosive gases volatilized from wastewater.
The pretreatment system adds a corrosion-resistant filter, with filter elements made of PTFE material, which can filter 99% of acidic mist and dust to protect molecular sieves from contamination.

In terms of process adaptation, the equipment supports linkage with the wastewater treatment PLC system, automatically adjusting oxygen flow rate according to the online COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) monitoring data of the oxidation tank:

When the COD concentration is higher than 2000mg/L, the flow rate is automatically increased to 40Nm³/h to enhance oxidation.
When the COD drops below 500mg/L, it is reduced to 20Nm³/h to save energy consumption.

This intelligent adjustment capability reduces the specific oxygen consumption by 15%, saving about 80,000 RMB in electricity fees annually. Maintenance Key Points and Service Life Extension Strategies

Daily maintenance: Inspect the equipment surface for corrosion traces. If rust spots appear, promptly treat them with stainless steel-specific cleaning agents and touch up with anti-corrosion paint; replace the PTFE filter element of the pretreatment system once a week to prevent corrosives from penetrating the filter element and contaminating the molecular sieve.
Monthly maintenance: Test the air tightness of the adsorption tower using the helium leak detection method to ensure the leak rate is ≤0.1% per year, preventing oxygen leakage and infiltration of corrosive gases; lubricate the valves once a quarter with corrosion-resistant grease (such as perfluoropolyether grease) to avoid failure of ordinary grease due to corrosion.
Molecular sieve maintenance: The molecular sieve is a key component. Sample and test its adsorption performance every six months. If the adsorption capacity decreases by more than 10%, conduct regeneration treatment (introduce superheated steam); its normal service life is 3-4 years, and corrosion-resistant molecular sieves must be replaced after expiration – ordinary molecular sieves are prohibited as substitutes.
