Handling Instructions
Power Down Completely: Always turn off the Riso machine and unplug the power cord from the wall outlet before attempting any internal repairs.
Handle with Care: Avoid touching the electronic contacts and microchips on the board with your bare hands to prevent static damage or oil transfer.
Check Connections: Before installation, inspect the connecting cable and port on the machine to ensure they are clean and free of dust or debris.
Basic Replacement Overview
Turn off the Riso GR machine and unplug the power cord.
Open the appropriate side or front panel to access the internal electronics (refer to your machine's service manual for the exact location of the ink detection board).
Locate the old B-001 GR Ink Detection Board and carefully disconnect the wiring harness or ribbon cable attached to it.
Remove any screws or clips securing the old board and take it out.
Position the new B-001 GR Ink Detection Board in the same orientation and secure it with the screws or clips.
Reconnect the wiring harness or ribbon cable firmly.
Close the machine panels, plug the power cord back in, and turn the machine on. Insert an ink pack and run a test to confirm the ink levels are being detected accurately.
