This multi-station DTG printer is purpose-built for decorating apparel. Leveraging state-of-the-art direct-ink technology, it lays down pigment with uniform coverage and pinpoint accuracy across various textiles. The revolving-station concept enables the unification of multiple operational steps, significantly streamlining high-volume order fulfillment. Housing four Epson I3200 printheads and a 9-ink palette (CMYK+ORGB+white), it unlocks an expanded chromatic spectrum. Construction-wise, a heavy-duty steel gantry replaces conventional aluminium, offering superior rigidity, steadiness, and positional exactness—directly translating to flawless output at remarkable speed, reaching 120 A4-sized prints per 60-minute cycle.

Designed explicitly for the garment sector, this DTG printer with multiple workstations uses advanced jetting technology to disperse ink homogeneously and with great exactitude onto substrates. Its multi-position architecture simplifies the convergence of dissimilar procedures, thereby boosting batch-production efficiency. With four Epson I3200 nozzles and a 9-colour configuration (CMYK+ORGB+white), it provides a broadened colour reach. Structurally, it integrates a high-tensile steel portal frame that outperforms aluminium counterparts in durability, steadiness, and accuracy—ensuring both rapid execution and meticulous rendering, with a documented throughput of 120 A4-sized motifs each hour.

Integrated Multi-Station Direct-to-Garment Printing System

This garment-oriented, multi-station DTG system employs sophisticated deposition methods to spray colourants evenly and accurately onto material surfaces. The multi-station setup inherently supports process merging, making large-scale runs more manageable and efficient. Boasting 4 Epson I3200 heads alongside a 9-colour CMYK+ORGB+white ink arrangement, it delivers a notably wider gamut. In terms of structural integrity, a robust steel gantry frame stands out—being harder, more stable, and more accurate than standard aluminium frames. These attributes collectively ensure high-precision, high-velocity production, capable of generating 120 A4-size outputs per hour.

PRODUCT FEATURES

EPSON I3200 Print Heads

We use original EPSON I3200 print heads, with a 4-head configuration (2 white + 2 color). With our dedicated software, it can print 130-150 A4-sized pieces per hour.

02 Steel Gantry Frame

Compared with traditional aluminum frames, our steel gantry frame is harder and more stable. It stays completely still during printing, giving you higher precision and perfect registration. It’s also very easy to disassemble and assemble, even non-professional technicians can set it up by themselves.

03 Linear Rail

We use Taiwan HIWIN brand linear rails. They keep the printhead moving in a perfectly straight line, ensuring consistent high precision that won’t drop even after years of use.

04 Single Servo Motor Synchronous Transmission

Traditional shuttle table machines use two servo motors (one on each side), which sometimes causes out-of-sync movement and registration errors. Our machine uses single servo motor transmission technology, ensuring fully synchronous movement and more accurate left-right registration.

05 Supports Multiple Printing Processes

You can make film positives and screen frames on this machine. The frame has clamps for manual screen printing, so you can combine DTG printing with various processes for custom designs: gold/silver powder, puff ink, flock, heat transfer film, thick prints, and more. This helps you increase profit margins on your printed products.

06 8-Color Ink System

We use an 8-color system: standard CMYK + ORGB spot colors. This gives you a wider color gamut, better color saturation, smooth color gradients, and more realistic prints. With professional PRINTFACTORY software, you can use one-click background removal and one-click knockout to easily print gradients, feathering, light effects, and other custom designs.

07 Breathable Print with No Hand Feel, Wash Fastness ≥ Grade 4

The print is soft and breathable with no heavy hand feel. It has a wash fastness rating of Grade 4 or higher, so colors won’t fade after repeated washing.

08 Eco-Friendly Water-Based Pigment Ink

We use eco-friendly water-based pigment ink. The printing process is waterless, dust-free, smokeless, odorless, and produces no waste or noise. It’s fully compliant with environmental regulations, so you don’t have to worry about environmental audits.

09 Prints on Both Finished Garments & Cut Pieces

You can print on both finished garments and cut pieces. The maximum adjustable printing thickness is 10cm. It works perfectly on T-shirts, hoodies, sweaters, denim, towels, and more – even thick fabrics.
