Mimaki SIJ-320UV Roll to Roll Wide Format LED-UV Large Format Inkjet Printer
Description
The SIJ-320UV is a 3.2-meter wide-format LED-UV inkjet printer offering exceptional value to support your business expansion.
Equipped with LED-UV lamps, this printer supports printing on advertising substrates including knife-coated tarpaulin and PVC.It features MIMAKI’s proprietary image quality control technologies: MAPS, which reduces banding and color unevenness, and waveform control technology that delivers highly precise ink droplet placement. The machine can simultaneously print two rolls of substrate with a maximum width of 1524 mm and process two separate jobs concurrently to boost productivity.
It is fitted with four print heads and four color ink tanks.
Print resolutions available: 300 dpi, 600 dpi, 900 dpi, 1200 dpi

White Ink Enhances Graphic Design Quality
Printing a white base layer on transparent media enhances the vibrancy of the upper color layers. Three-layer printing (base layer: color, middle layer: white, top layer: color) creates visually appealing window displays from any angle.
Backlit Signage, Radiant Colors Day and Night
Compared to solvent-based inks and other inks, UV-cured inks form a thicker ink film and maintain vibrant colors when used in backlit signage. Furthermore, white ink supports three-layer printing (color + white + color).
Quick-Drying UV-Curing Ink
UV-cured inks cure instantly upon exposure to ultraviolet light, requiring no drying time.
Dual-Roll Printing
Utilizing a 3200 mm print width, two media rolls can be mounted and printed simultaneously.
NCU Automatically Detects and Repairs Clogged Nozzles
By monitoring ink droplets with sensors, the system automatically detects clogged nozzles. Once a clogged nozzle is detected, the system automatically cleans it, reducing print waste.
NRS Maintains Productivity. If a clogged nozzle persists after cleaning with the NCU function, NRS automatically selects a backup nozzle and restarts printing.
Mimaki Circulation Technology (MCT) Maintains White Ink Print Quality
MCT periodically circulates white ink to prevent pigment settling. Even shortly after the machine is powered on, MCT provides stable inkjet performance.
